Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of services, products and training from DENT MASTER GLOBAL SAS, 12 Rue de la Part Dieu, 69003 Lyon, France.

1. Service Bookings

• Online service bookings are requests, confirmed by our team by phone or email within 24 hours.
• Prices marked "from" are starting prices; the final quote is provided after a free damage assessment and must be approved by you before work begins.
• Every PDR repair carries a lifetime warranty on the repaired dent.

2. Shop Orders (Tools & Equipment)

• Tool orders ship across Europe in 2-5 working days. Free shipping applies to orders over €250; otherwise a flat rate of €14.90 applies.
• Unused tools in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
• Payment is completed via secure payment link or bank transfer after order confirmation.

3. PDR Academy Enrollment

• Course seats are limited and confirmed in order of payment.
• Full refund for cancellations at least 14 days before the course start; 50% refund between 14 and 7 days; no refund under 7 days (transfer to a later class is possible).
• Certification is issued upon successful completion of practical assessments.

4. Liability

We carry professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the ordered service or product, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
